    Yo, I downloaded Pluto yesterday and I always meet the same issue each time I want to play at BO2.
    When I press the play button my Plutonium Launcher start an infinite loading and at the top it's written : Plutonium Launcher (Doesn't respond).

    I didn't find a topic where someone had the same issue than me. Here is my bo2 folder erheh.PNG

    Thanks to any people who's onna take the time to help me ! 🙂
    I obviously tried to uninstall.

    Genko We don't support win7, upgrade to win10.

    Why not upgrade to windows 10? It's free, plus win7 has many unpatched security vulns, so it's best you move to windows 10

    Guys I updated to windows 10 ( installed it with pen drive etc ) And my game keeps not responding. ;/
