Launcher Not Opening Game

Alright, so I am trying to open the Black Ops 2 game through Plutonium, and it is not working. I have moved the files to the right place, I also installed it again after uninstalling it. But it still decides to say "Not responding". I do not know if it is my computer or not. But it was working fine before this huge update.

Are you on Windows 7? If so, then you will have to upgrade to Windows 10 as it is not supported.
