Can some one plz till me how to check my ban status without making it longer? like the only way i know how to check it to just hit play and it tells me but in doing so it makes it longer

No, I don't think anyone could check that for ya.
If it said that the ban was 20 days, you have to wait those 20 days.
In the meantime, remove all of the mod menus that require injecting, remove cheats, all that stuff that would get you banned.
