Error "Unable to load import 'ReportFault'"

I've downloaded the file files from the torrent on the "How to install" portion of the plutonium, after installing i've tried to load up BO2 using plutonium no avail, my MW3, BO1, and WAW works fine its just BO2. I've also tried repair your T6 Installation, nothing still the same issue.
My Plutonium version is: Core: r3519 and Launcher: 2.2.1
