Why bother to create a server to play with friends? I do EVERYTHING that is requested and the server does not appear, not even for me.

No one told you to create a server, our documentation very clearly shows you all the steps.
No reason to create a server unless you need a server for a very good reason.
Also all the information we provide have been tested and work. Server not appearing is a you problem. Most likely something wrong with the port forward rule created or firewall etc
