Bo2 fatal error.

when I try to load up the game through plutonium, I get a fatal error that says, " Could not load default asset 'default' for asset type 'techset'.
Tried to load asset 'trivial_9z33feqw'." I cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I've tried what feels like everything. And I cant figure out where I'm going wrong.
