Only 1 person able to join

When trying to set up a private match, only 1 player can join, and when the other one joins, the 1st player that joined is disconnected, and not able to join, same thing happens if the other player hosts the match
This virtually makes it impossible to play with more than 2 players, and I can't figure out how to get it working -
If these 2 players are on the same internet then this might be normal
