No "Setup" option on Launcher.

I uninstalled plutonium a few weeks ago, and when i tried installing it again, I install the launcher and i have no way of downloading the plutonium full game file because it just says Setup. On the game settings i cant change the file location because i dont have any of the files.

3f50 install the game from Steam, click Game Settings and select the folder that contains the game files in steamapps
