Own bo2 but dont own dlcs

I have the steam version of bo2 but i do not own the dlcs if i just use plutonium will i get them? (i know a lot of people have been looking for the tor download and im not looking for them) also, are the dlcs required>

No, you must buy the dlc as well if you are wanting to play dlc maps. And the dlc arent required to play on plutonium
