Release: Red Dot Reticle Only

Replaces every reticle with the "red" dot. Its color still changes, and I personally enjoy the variation so I didn't look into making it always the color red. Asset taken from BO1's red dot reticle. The Lamentation is now usable.

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\images
Create images folder if you don't have one.
