well i was playing zombies and realized i didnt have money in my bank so i went to go get a menu to put money in my bank and i forgot to switch over to lan before i launched the menu like an idiot i didnt mean any harm or anything

You don't need LAN unless you use a software which isn't need in the majority of cases. There are plently of mod menus on the forum. There's no unban

Second ban is permanent
There's no unban just use official methods and read the anticheat policy -
