BO2 setting and keybinds reset everytime I reopens it.

I read all the forums about this error and tried all possible ways to overcome this problem but still not solved it.

1. Tried to uncheck the plutonium folder from readonly but it always got read only permission afterwards.
2. Tried to change the binding_zm.cfg file , it also resets whenever I relaunch the game.
3. Reinstall the game and plutonium yet not fixed.

The only way I have that to re-bind all the settings , console commands.
If anyone know the correct way of solving it let us know.
