Sensitivity Issue

It might seem silly but I recently bought a new controller to start playing again, but it seems that it doesn't let me make micro adjustments to my aim, it ends up always using 14 sens, which doesn't allow me to properly aim at enemies. I was just wondering if this is an issue with my controller or if there's something I can change in the game to fix it.

same here, its almost like theres no climb in my controller sense to make the micro adjustments, the second it detects input the sense is maxed out and makes it impossible to aim. ive played with the deadzones and fov/fovscaling and tried editing ds4w also using default. any solutions?
