How to get zombies?

Hello, so i just got this thing like a day ago and when load it up and go to play zombies. Once it click on it and confirm to launch it the game just closes. Idk if i have to download something to play zombies but each time i play it the game just closes.

I can run Mp completely fine, just each time i click on zombies on the main menu and try to go to it the game closes for some reason.
