game has made my pc resoltion 640 and now i cant open any apps on my pc

installed this try and revive my love for zombies and now my pc doesnt work. Help

Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
