How do i play with bots in gamemodes like gungame?

When i set the bots ,they dont appear in the game ,am i doing something wrong?

To allow bots in Gun Game.

Enable sv_cheats 1

Type "spawnbot" (obviously without quotation marks)
You should be good from there. Provide screenshots if something goes wrong if possible.

Astren Damn, I forgot you don't have to restart the game. When I said restart I meant as in typing in console "fast_restart" and I also tested, you don't have to restart at all. I messed up. I'm gonna edit this out.
