Crashes when changing Video Settings On Main Menu

Can you show a screenshot of the error? Or does it just plain crashes out to the desktop without an error?

Make sure you don't press apply changes twice. For example, don't change your graphics quality, then apply settings and then change shadow quality and apply settings. IIRC it crashes on the second apply changes.
Do it all in one go if if you've already applied changes once, restart your game before changing anything else and doing it again.
