Banned On BO2 for no reason.

Yesterday, I was in the middle of playing some zombies when all of a sudden I was disconnected from the BO2 servers. I have the game a break and came back a little while later to find that I was banned for seemingly no reason. After leaving it alone for the night I logged back on today to find my van had increased from a 30 day ban to a 314 day ban. Obviously this has to be a bug, I just don’t know why it’s happening. I play in steam deck through lutris.

You got banned because a cheater previously played on Steam Deck, and all Steam Decks have the same HWID that the anti-cheat detects. Blame Valve
