Banned on steam deck

I received a 307 day ban today after playing on Steam Deck with no issues since May 10th, I have only played zombies the last few days and haven't played multiplayer in a few days so I don't know why this happened now.
To any admins/staff reading this I would really appreciate it if I could be unbanned and get back to playing, thank you -
