MW3 DLCS (maps that appear in red text)

So some servers have these maps with red text for them. How do I download these maps? Whenever I try to join a server with one of these maps it says some error and then I can't join it and it restarts the app. Do I need to download DLCS? If I do need to download DLCS, how do I do it correctly?

Red maps can be usermaps or DLC. This is completely different. Yes you need to install DLCs to play DLC maps
