zombies visual bug after using commands

launch plutonium and everything works fine, I'm able to turn on sv_cheats and use god mode but the moment i spawned in a weapon the game went black and white with a weird almost "zombie blood-esque" effect and i can't seem to get it to go away. Also nothing would happen when hitting the end game button, and while playing on mob of the dead and using a power panel it told me i had no remaining afterlifes when i had multiple available. any help?

Known issue with the give command but idk if it would be fixed ever
