Unable to turn in game

Hey Im having a issue where when i load bo2 zombies i cant turn my character i can ads shoot move but just not look around i also have no cursor in the menus.
i don't have a controller, no vr and have already uninstalled all the things stated to me about avermedia and some voice meter things too,
followed by resetting my in game controls and full reinistall of the game
