Guides not working on fixing default_mp_controls.cfg

I have attempted to follow all forum post that also talk about this bug, with solutions almost all including running "piry" in the bo2 folder, and reinstalling. Sadly, in my folder i do not have any "piry"to run and reinstalling has made absolutely no difference. Does someone have a working fix that does not include these two solutions.

Install both mp and zm and repair your game
