I want to translate BO2, I want to know if has a Text Tool like BO1?

hey, i started to sync and change some audios in my language on campaign that got de-synced or changed wrong and i got interested on doing that too.
if you want some help, leave me a reply, but just to your knowledge, i'm as lost as you are on this "text area" LOL, im more of "audio guy" on BO2 modding.
and yes i'm brazillian so maybe i'm speaking english for nothing now.
