fps issue

Hi there! I have a problem with the fps when i play b02. Is strange.
When i enter a server, fps goes down, like 20fps. But if i aim on the floor, fps go up to 60. I dont understand so i have to close plutonium and enter again. It happens again, i close and enter so when is the third time i open plutonium, fps goes well and i can play without low fps.
Is strange because i read the thread of low fps and i did everything. I unmark v_sync too and when i play with nice fps, it goes 60 to 100 normally. Is not a problem but i have to close and open three times to play without any problem.
