"Bootstrapper not responding" error.

Greetings. I have a problem. When I try to launch MW3 through the plutonium launcher, a black screen pops up and then the "bootstrapper not responding" error. Already tried to update directx, redist, excluded everything from the windows defender. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!
