Cant repair game on Steam

Can't get BO1 to boot from plutonium. ive installed steam, but when i click on properties ive only got two options, i do not have an option for local files.
i'm supposed to be clicking properties in steam for plutonium.exe right? what gives? thank you. -
which 2 options does it give you exactly? You're supposed to select the bo1 game folder in the launcher. Properties on steam will show you the path to the folder. If your steam installation uses the default install directories your game is gonna be in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops
That's the folder you have to select in the launcher. -
what am i supposed to run thru steam? the plutonium client? or is there a black ops exe somewhere in t5??
i know how to set the folder correctly, t6 runs no problems.
t5 starts to boot, black screen then closesthe two options im given are shortcut and controller
okay i have realized that my game folder in appdata does not have a t5zm it only has t5sp and t5mp. tryingf to delete pluto and reinstall.. hope it works ive spent so many hours trrying to fix this
