I have Bo2 but not the dlcs for zombies, the dlcs do show up with plutonium but as Blue and grey boxes and not loading, does plutonium allow you to play the dlc maps or not and if so how?

it does allow you to play them but you still need to have the actual files for the DLC maps, they don't come with the steam download if you don't own them.
We stopped supporting piracy so you're gonna have to find those files somewhere else or buy the DLCs.
