Game sometimes minimizes and opens steam

Hello everyone, I seem to have encountered an odd bug. This bug also happened to me when playing Black Ops 1, so I also posted this message on the forums there.
For some reason, my game sometimes minimizes and then opens Steam.
Does anybody know what causes this and how to fix it?I hope it isn't a security issue or whatever.

If you're talking about this happening on Plutonium then you probably have something related to controllers opening Steam like the PS button

Resxt Yes, I am talking about playing the game on Plutonium. In regards to your suggestion on controllers, that's odd, since I do not use controllers when playing CoD games. I do have some experience with Plutonium Black Ops 2 Zombies also minimizing but I cannot remember for my life if I experienced that game opening Steam as well...
Perhaps it's something else?
