Cannot start Black ops 1 but can BO2. (August 2023) Plutonium Crash

So after a lot of novice troubleshooting, I am gonna ask for some help.
After deleting and reinstalling all known aspects of both plutonium & the "plutonium_t5_full_game," I still cannot start the game.Whenever starting the game, plutonium supplies me with a different crashID after the screen turns black in attempt of starting the game. I can't assume the location of the problem as Black Ops 2, T6, is operational in full capacity with little to no issues during the installation. This should leave it to the T5 game file, however, a friend has the identical download and is able to run the game without the same crash issues I have.
Below are several images of the crash report after trying to run the game as previously mentioned. I have looked at the public forum for these crashID's and have not found a match. Please let me know if anyone else has this experience or if support is available. Forgive me if a reply goes unnoticed. I will check this post periodically.
