    • shift + tab, change compatibility
    • alt + enter
    • install another time all files
    • change propriety of plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe

taklash20 I'm not familiar with this particular case, but I can advise you to go to the Plutonium AppData file and run Win + R and %localappdata\Plutonium%, then try to delete all this file, including the plutonium.exe. Redownload plutonium.exe and make sure you have a stable connection.

so i extracted the game to my download folder (doesn't have windows defender exclusion) and it worked, however when i put the game in another folder (which is excluded from windows defender) and the white screen showed up but when i moved the game back to the download folder it miraculously worked

so basically try putting the game in download folder or any folder that is not excluded from windows defender
