[BO2 Zombies] My firennds cant join and I have open NAT

I have followed the instructions of the official website, opened the ports. In the menu, it says open NAT. but my friends cant join my session. They have moderated NAT, but as I host the game they should be able to join.

Here are the steps I followed:

• Configured a static IP for my computer
• Set the Network Profile to Private
• Port forwarded the ports
• Added an entry in the firewall for all ports of my PC
• Restarted the game and it said NAT: Open
• Checked that I didn't have double NAT issue.

Any help would be nice, thanks.
