T5 runs better on Pluto that it does on Steam...

After I updated my pc to W10, Steam T5 performance became dogwater.

Specs:
i3-550 2/4 3.2Ghz
R5 230
8gb ram DDR3

I even tried replacing the steam config file with the conLZM file and it still performed worse. Since ZWR doesn't accept T5 runs done on Pluto, can't grind Verruckt.

Any solutions?

No, since all that Pluto does would require editing the in-game memory.
