Maps selection freaks out in Private Match

Attempting to select a map while creating a Private Match causes the selection to freak out and constantly attempt to go back to the current selected map. This makes it difficult to view what the map is and select it, having to try numerous times.

Most likely controller/device plugged-in causing issue or you got files from a shitty source

You have downgraded your files to 1.4 for tekno.
This won't work and cause the issue you have.
Verify the files in Steam and let it repair the files. -
