Black Ops 2 Rank/Progression Issues

So, when I came back to Plutonium a month or two ago, I really wanted to climb through the ranks again for that nostalgia and dopamine kick. Let me tell you right now, that's a massive chore. The game frequently doesn't save progression for some reason, and it really only seems to be fixed by idling on main menu for a bit to get one. There's also a new issue I came across just last night. That being I can't enter Master Prestige the normal way. (Yes, I have lvl 55 on Prestige 10 maxed out) I'd like to be able to finish grinding my attachments and calling cards, so avoiding the "Unlock all" button would be ideal. Unsure if either of these issues are my fault, but if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get around this or things I can do better to make rank saving specifically not as big of an issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. Whether that be some console command to set my rank to Master Prestige without the unlocks or something.
Devs/Staff, if you see this, is there any potential for fixing these two issues, as well as calling cards/emblems not showing correctly in game in the future? If it's not too inconvenient and stuff that's already known, would you also mind mentioning some of the issues that have prevented these features from working?

before exiting or restarting your game, open the console and type "uploadstats" and then press enter. that way, you will be sure that your progress has been saved.

hey so im having the same issue, but im a little confused, what does that do? im pretty much new to plutonium i do not like commands so im curious as to what that command does? it sounds like it just saves the data for the player but how does that help get prestiege master? maybe im being dumb???
