Takes so long to load into a zombie server

Hey,
I have a decent PC, an ethernet cable and my ping is always stable. But I don't know why I have this issue, I can't get into any games or servers and it takes so long to load, and then when it stops loading a message pops up saying "server disconnected" or if I try too many times I get "Connection has been lost to BO2 servers".If anyone knows what is causing the problem please tell me.

How long does it take your PC to load into a map?

About 10 mins and then it disconnect me out of the server

You need to get that to under 90 seconds

Is this only on BO2? Have you tried port forwarding? Might be that or something, just a tip. Here's a pic with the included ports to open, don't know if there's a difference between the ports on BO2 and Plutonium version, but you could try:)

Xerxes I have it on my laptop, a 2012 HP pavilion core i5 4 GB RAM. I had plutonium for a long time now (late 2020ish I think or maybe early 2021), but I never had this issue until now. Do you advise me to reinstall the game? I won't really have the mood to do it but I will try if it helps cuz I've been trying for 3 days to get in a game and it won't let me.
