not able to play with friends on zombies

whenever i try to play with one of my friends, either one of them lags out or it says the session just isnt found for bo1. but on bo2 it just plain says "unable to join session". tried joining through server browser but it just keeps saying "connection interrupted".

Make sure you're both on the latest version and read this
