BO2 PLS HELP

i have watched a bunch of videos about this but nothing is helping. i downloaded the launcher and im getting the screen that says play but i dont have any files for the game. some videos say i have to download the game files or just the game in general off of steam but i dont want to buy the game. can i download the plutonium game without having to buy the $50 game? Thanks!

Get the game on Steam on sale or a key website like Instant-Gaming. We don't provide game files
