prestige master challenge complete! kinda..

yes, i went from level 1 to prestige master legit, but theres a problem. i am stuck at prestige 10 level 55.
as shown in the pictures, i have a full bar of xp to prestige master, but i cant level up. the prestige feature is also not in the rewards tab in the barracks.
i think this is because there is no post game lobby to see everything that you unlocked like we had back then.
thoughts?
