Plutonium launcher crashing!

I need help with plutonium launcher, I’ve tried so many times re-installing but it keeps crashing both bo2 and mw3 when I try to launch them. Much appreciated if anyone would help .

Windows 7 isn't supported, upgrade to windows 10.
