very bad hit detection

i know its a common thing that your hit dect. in mw3 isnt always good but mine is so worse that the game is unplayable for me ,does someone know how to fix this issue?
im already just playing on low ping servers and my fps rate is around 60 to 80 which shouldnt be to bad

Try to set the values of cl_maxpackets and com_maxfps in a relation of 1:2.
So for example cl_maxpackets = 125 and com_maxfps = 250.
But make sure your PC can actually deliver the fps you set.
