I don't know why im banned

Just tried to boot up the game and join a lobby but then I was hit with the can't connect to game message and I couldn't connect to another server. I closed the game tried starting it again, had to log myself in and now it says I'm permanently banned(316000 days). I defenitely didn't cheat or download any mods and I also never I insulted someone, so I have no clue why I'm now banned. The same thing also happened to me about half a year ago where I was also banned for seemingly no reason. It would be nice if I would get a reason why I was banned in the first place and if I could get unbanned, since I think I didn't do anything wrong.
