Black screen flashing on Bo2 upon launch

I'm having an issue where when I launch bo2 everything works perfectly fine, I can hear the game and can hear me opening and clicking things in the lobby. It flashes black every 4-5 seconds and is unplayable everything else besides the screen constantly flashing is great, is there any solution to this?
