Need help finding a program to open FF files for modding weapon sounds.

    So Im wanting to replace the weapon sounds of MW3 with sounds from MW2. But I have no idea what program I can use to open FF files with and get the sound files from MW2 and to replace the MW3 ones.

    Also doesnt help I dont know WHICH FF files have the weapon sounds either.

    If anyone could please help Id greatly appreciate it.

        Xerxes Ive looked through all of the MW3 iwd files and I cannot find the weapon sounds.

          Check localized_common_mp.ff, you can use ZoneTool to dump the file.
