(ERROR) ive tried multiple solutions but..

I got that "Snowroller uninitialized" error, thing is, im only launching plutonium from my desktop (ive tried other launch ways like from the plutonium folder), same thing. Ive tried to delete the %localappdata% thing but the closest thing to that i can find (and ive tried findin it for like 30 minutes to an hour) was the plutonium folder in appdata folder, or something like that. That just crippled my installation so i redownloaded it, same thing! if it helps, i often get something like "Disconnected from styx, reconnecting in 10s" text in the cmd box before the error comes up. It worked yesterday no problem
TLDR, cant find %localappdata% to delete it, Redownload didnt help. Im not launching it in any weird ways either. (will continue to look into it)
