Game has an error everytime I press play. It crashes

Edit: when i restart my computer and go straight into plutonium the game plays and works fine however when i change my video settings and click apply the game has the exact same error and wont open again. i cant restart my computer everytime i wanna
play, aswell as playing with low settings. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE -

JUST CLOSE AFTERBURNER FROM UR SYSTEM TRAY
