dual sense not working on bo2

hello guys. i was able to set up my dual sense using ds4 windows and was able to play bo2 zombies but after i connected to a public server to play nuketown zombies after a minute my game crashed and my controller stopped working after that crash. idk what did that server do but no matter what i try my controller wont work anymore. it still works on other games
