Unable to launch Black Ops 2

Hello forum users,

I've been trying to tackle a problem where each time I try to boot up black ops 2 I get these errors:

The game sometimes boot on for 3-5 seconds on a black screen before it just closes.

I've tried making exceptions with the anti viruses I have (Malwarebytes & Avast) & tried reinstalling the game & launcher to no result. Hopefully this will be an easy fix and won't take too much of your time.
