T6Z Bank doesn't work

So yesterday I added like 100K to the bank, thus filling it to the brim I couldn't add any more money to it. So guess what was my surprise when this morning it was missing like 40k in it. So yet again I fill it up entirely until I can't add anymore. And just now I go on buried and my bank still isn't full. So the bank system doesn't work on plutonium ? Every time I fill it up, whenever I quit the game or die and come back it will have lost half of its stock.
Is this normal ? Any way to fix this?

Banking information is stored in the stats file, there are a few users that run into issues with the upload of said stats. You can try and use
uploadstatsbefore you close the game to manually trigger the upload of your stats.
