Game Files not Showing up on Set Up

I am trying to set up my MW3 steam files to Plutonium and when go to the common apps file tree, none of the exes or anything like that shows up. Just empty folders. Did I do something wrong?

This is normal. You are supposed to select a folder so it only shows folders..
